Brown’s Brie & Apple Bruschetta

  1. 1 250g Brown’s Brie
  2. 1 pink lady or granny smith apple
  3. 1 baguette loaf

Slice the baguette and place in oven to broil until nicely browned.

Slice the apple thinly as well as the Brie.

Layer the apple on the baguette slice covering with two sliced of Brie. Place under broil until melted.

Serve immediately as a great party canapé.
