Camembert & Brie

We sell to the shops before the cheese is completely ripe. Look at the date of manufacture; the cheese should be at its best at around a month from then. They will keep longer than this and continue to ripen. Being natural cheese, much will depend on the time of year and where it has been stored since leaving our cold rooms. The best place to mature them is in the bottom of your refrigerator. Take out a few hours before eating as there will be a fuller flavour at room temperature.
