Cherry Tomato and Mozarella Salad

My Granny is a real ‘fundi’ in the garden and grows some lovely veggies. She came for lunch today and brought me some cherry tomatoes, so I quickly whipped up this salad and it went down a treat.

Cherry tomatoes (I used two handfuls) chopped in half

  1. 2 packets Browns Award Winning Mozerella
  2. 2 handfuls fresh basil
  3. drizzling of olive oil
  4. salt and pepper

This was a really easy salad, which looked really good on the table. We ate it as a very simple starter. Cut the mozeralla in this slices, then in half. Place the mozerella on the plate, with the basil leaf and tomato on top.

Great served with a drizzling of olive oil, some salt and pepper. Serves 6.
