Herb Marinated Kalloumi

Serves: 4

  1. 1 packet Brown’s Kalloumi
  2. 4 tbsp olive oil
  3. 1 bunch fresh thyme
  4. 1 lemon, squeezed

Cut the Kalloumi into one-inch cubes. Mix the lemon juice with the thyme leaves and olive oil. Pour
over the cubed Kalloumi and leave to marinade for several hours.

Heat a little olive oil in a frying pan or grill pan. Cook the Kalloumi
