Strawberry, Gorgonzola & Chive Bruschetta

Serves 12

  1. 3 tbsp olive oil
  2. 4 tbsp chopped chives
  3. 12 slices of baguette
  4. 1 cup of strawberries
  5. 1 cup of Brown’s Bleu de Brun Cheese
  6. 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar

Combine oil and vinegar. Brush lightly over the bread and broil for 2 minutes till lightly browned.

Combine blue cheese, 2 tbsp of the chives and spread onto the toasted baguette slices.

Arrange the sliced strawberries on top. Sprinkle with remaining chives & black pepper.
